Absolute banger of a multi. Lead pitches 2 and 4. The 5.8 corner was an absolute highlight and the best climb of the of the grade I've done in my entire life. Beware, this is not a route for a new 5.8 leader, as the corner is the real fucking deal (but well-protected). -
Split the lead with Emily. I led pitch 2 and 4. Pitch 2 felt harder than 5.8 but it protects well. Pitch 4 is amazing! -
Great afternoon out with Tamar. Threat of rain kept the crowds at bay. P2 makes the climb imo, really good movement and it felt physical! The P4 traverse was short but sweet. Can't think of anything else like it. -

So good! Second pitch feels quite hard for a 5.8 finger crack, although it was a bit wet. Skywalker pitch is mega fun. -
It is a top 100 I admit. The flume was beautiful

An awesome evening send with Adam et al for his bday. A hilarious amount of things that went wrong, including multiple things being dropped, not enough headlamps, being short one trad rack, being short an anchor, brief encounters with rain on the skywalker pitch, not enough gear for crux of p3, me missing the obvious ledge at the end of p1 and working up some gnarly slab where I was epically close to a nasty slab pendulum fall, and finally being locked in the parking lot and taking a nice variation with the 4Runner. Anyone seen a blue chalk bag?

So goddamn fun, except for the lame final pitch. Hiking up to the top of Shannon Falls after was unreal. -

With Stefan. Lead pitches 2-4. Not sure how I felt about that. I got beat up by the first three pitches, but I think it was necessary to truly enjoy the Skywalker pitch. Maybe I just need to climb more in Squamish.
