But not today! glad to sneak in a session before the rain comes in on the weekend. Did the tight left heel hook method. Felt pretty solid today as condies were great today

Mega psyched on this! Today was the first time I’ve touched the holds in under 25 degrees, and it felt much more doable. Definitely pays off to put in the work in bad conditions, and have it dialed for reasonable weather windows! #sendtember -

First V8! Fell going for the jugs twice before I topped. Took me about 10 attempts over 2 sessions. Triple bump beta. -

Day flashed after falling going for the jugs the day before. Even did it twice for a video lol happy to send just before the heat comes tomorrow! The condis made the slopers so sticky today. I’m 5’-8” and I did the awkward high left heel beta. Felt way better for me than the triple bumps. -
Really cool climb, typical delicate Squamish slopers, fun beta too! -

First V8!! High right heel beta worked for me! None of the other conventional betas felt great. I'm around 5'5-5'6 -
This felt horrendous to link when it was 37 degrees when Aidan and I were trying it in the week. a tiny bit of a breeze and this felt completely pedestrian. left hand up arête and toe on for the Sunday day flash. Not as good as its made out to be.

Big day out in Squamish! Butchered my beta on the send go but they all count. Quick session after trying for 20 minutes on some very seepy holds two months ago.

Definitely makes a difference not trying this rig in the rain haha. Went down quickly during the 2nd session with better condis. Top out is truly full value -

There's no way to get around the slopers... you just have to grab them. Because of this I only try Gibbs Cave in the winter season, and at this point i'm several seasons deep on it! I've always struggled with this problem and am over the moon psyched it came together this fall. A meaningful one.

The Gibbs Cave is such an awesome piece of rock. This particular climb is very fun, enjoyable holds, an excellent engaging try hard crux of bumping, and a nice airy high top out. Pleased to get this one on our first day here.
