  Dan Beland:   You can link the first 2 pitches with a 70m. You could use an extra #3+#4 on the 4th pitch. With a single rack you have to be pretty sparse with gear. 12 draws is probably a good idea. You'll want to extend a lot of pieces to help with drag. Rap straight down with 2x 60m ropes. Go early to get ahead of the crowds!

  Corner pitch was probably the weirdest climbing Ive ever done. Got stuck behind the slowest party Ive ever seen. Waited on the urinal ledge for 2 hours. Had to call it after p7 due to being on the wall 9 hours. Pinched the rope on the first rap, I jugged up to rethread, day ended up being 12 hours car to car

  Woah super amazing route. The entire package. White knuckle drive on a road that wants to make you pay more money to the rental company. A deceptive hike that always gets you there far later than anticipated. Ascent to the base that features climbing almost hard enough to need climbing shoes. An imposing dark wall that seems to never end. Then two or three unbelievable dyke/crack pitches that take super gear. Interesting slab and an inevitable nighttime finish due to the fact that the drive/hike/climbing takes way longer than anticipated. Couldnt have done it without the homie Gareth. He pushed on when the darkness fell. To hear the sound of the rope crack like a whip and echo through the dark canyon is something ill never forget. Rapelling into pitch blackness until even the headlamp of the person above isn't visible in complete silence and 360 dark. DAMN
